I consider myself fortunate to have found a career that makes me happy to wake up to each morning. Whether I’m showing a new customer a property, preparing a listing for the market or catching up with past clients, I love every aspect of my job. Each day brings something new and exciting to the table and there’s nothing else I’d rather be doing (and that includes taking a vacation, I swear!).

My real estate beginnings

After casually coaching a friend and real estate agent several years ago, I was prompted to acquire my real estate license since it appeared as though I may have a knack for this line of work. That’s precisely what I did and officially entered the real estate market, joining Real Estate Bay Realty in 2013. I’m proud to work at a brokerage that is forward thinking and technologically driven because it gives me the ability to create a seamless real estate experience for my clients.

Within 10 months of my start dateWithin 10 months of my start date, I closed 40 sales transactions – a stat I have yet to hear another person claim and one that certainly proved that I was now doing what I was meant to do. Over the last 8 years, I’ve closed over $600+ million in sales transactions and I average about $80 million in any given calendar year.

Who I work with and what I bring to the table

Working with young individuals and families, I frequently collaborate with first and second-time home buyers.

When I’m on the job, you can find me in the Greater Toronto Area, and more specifically in the Downtown core, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York and East York, as well as Durham, York and Peel Regions. I love taking the time to learn about what my clients really want in a home, and then helping them visualize the possibilities of particular properties along with conceptual ideas they may not otherwise think of. When this means I help you save tens of thousands of dollars, the rewarding feeling I already get from helping my clients is amplified even further.

Intuitive, accommodating and always honest (even when my clients don’t want to hear it), I’m a hard worker and highly driven to provide my clients with the best possible real estate service. That includes in-depth knowledge of neighbourhoods and communities, careful analysis of situations that help me put my best negotiating foot forward, and well-orchestrated action plans designed to help you achieve your goals.
