After years of selling real estate throughout Toronto and the GTA, there are certain condo buildings that stand out to me. In Humber Bay Shores and Mimico, there is one development I continue to come back to: South Beach Condos & Lofts at 88 and 90 Park Lawn Road in Etobicoke.
