There aren’t many private homes in Toronto that people around the world would immediately recognize, but rapper Drake’s massive mansion in the Bridle Path is probably one of them. Known as “The Embassy,” the Toronto-born artist’s custom-built residence has become almost as famous as the exclusive neighbourhood surrounding it. The approximately 50,000-square-foot home has appeared in music videos, magazines and countless social media posts, giving millions of people around the world a glimpse inside a side of Toronto real estate that very few will ever experience firsthand.
