Toronto has no shortage of condominium buildings, but only a small number can genuinely claim to represent the history of the neighbourhood around them. The Printing Factory Lofts at 201 Carlaw Avenue is one of those buildings. Sitting just north of Queen Street East in Leslieville, the property combines an early-20th-century industrial factory with contemporary residential architecture and has become one of the most recognizable loft conversions in Toronto’s east end.
